Why you should become a Business Analyst?
A few decades ago it was a
trend to get an MBA and to say “I am an MBA graduate”. MBA degree holders are
considered as “hot cake”. However, in recent time Business graduates are facing
problem to get jobs as they lack proper expertise in technology. One of the
dark sides of technology is it destroys many traditional jobs and software
since computers can do many business-related tasks. In Academia, these
situation is often called “Creative Destruction” where new technologies grabs
the place of old technology and as a result, many companies have to fire their
employees or end up with complete shout-down. In 2020, Forbes magazine Cover
News title was “It’s Official: The M.B.A. Degree Is In Crisis”. So, probably
traditional business degrees are not going to help you to get a lucrative job.
Students have to find a new way so that they can compete with this tech-centric
world. What if there is a way where anyone can be a business professional with
sufficient IT knowledge. Yes, it is possible! In recent years, we are
experiencing a “profession” that is a unique fusion of business, technology,

Have you ever heard the old
phrase “Master of all trades”? Business Analyst is today’s “Masters of all
trades”. A business analyst has to work with several wings of a company like
developers, customer services, testers, top management, etc. By working with
different fields, gradually a Business Analyst becomes an expert in translating
complex development processes, change management, and digital business. Also,
you can become a good team coordinator, communicator, and facilitator. You will
never be bored of your job because every day you will learn new things for
solving new challenges.
Easy to get a job:
There has been an
ever-increasing demand in the job market for a business analyst. The expansion
of this job market is going on at such a pace that in the coming decades it is
expected to grow at a rate of about 20%. So, it will not be a surprise if the
world sees tremendous positive inflation in the growth rate of this job market
in the coming 5 to 6 years! So, it can be said that it is just the right time
to enter the extremely competitive and prospective job market of a business analyst.
High Paying Post
It blew my mind when I got to
know that an average business analyst makes about 80000 USD per year which is
an attractive amount to satisfy one’s wallet. It is worth mentioning that an
expert analyst can make up to 150000 USD per year which may encourage more
people to work efficiently. So, it is justifiable that compared to their skills
and variation of job responsibilities that the Business analysts have to
perform, the remuneration package that they receive are truly appropriate for
them.
We can mention more benefits
here but do not want to divert your concentration away from the main topic.
